We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, we are happy to take it over the phone. Please call our store at 831-647-9276 during regular business hours.

Shipping

We ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.

Shipping is free within the U.S. for all orders over $125 (excluding sales tax and shipping).

We offer the following flat-rate shipping for standard service:
Priority U.S. – $8.95

Orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

All orders are sent uninsured. Please contact us to arrange insurance, as Monarch Knitting is not responsible for packages that do not arrive.

Online orders may also be picked up at our store location in Pacific Grove, CA. Please select this option when placing your order, and we will have it ready one hour after it is received. This service is available during regular store hours only.

Prices and Sales Tax

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Pacific Grove sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.

Colors

We do our best to present yarn colors accurately; however, because yarn is dyed in lots, variations may occur. Please note that computer monitors can display colors differently.

Returns & Exchanges

Yarn may be returned for store credit within 30 days if unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please contact us prior to shipping if you have any questions, and send all returns to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and the required conditions are verified.

Items other than yarn (books, needles, patterns, accessories, and sale items) are not returnable.
