Stra-fect Sweaters

If you come by the shop you'll find that our newest yarn obsession is Woolfolk's Stra–it's just so lovely!  Linen blended with their soft wool makes for wonderful summertime knitting. So join us as we tempt you with these Stra-fect sweaters!

We featured Caprock a bit ago, and Connie couldn't resist knitting one for herself. She opted for the Air (S1) and friends as you can see, it is stunning!  It is the ideal summer sweater and every time she wears it in the shop, some one ooohs and aahhs over it.  The detailing around the yoke is so pretty!

Field Day Cardigan - Easily one of my favorite cardigans!  This roomy wardrobe staple is worked from the top down and features back-shaping and dropped shoulders. The tapered sleeves are intentionally loose for a cozier look and feel. And cozy is certainly how you'll feel in Field Day. Check out my blog post on the sweater.

Glide - In all honesty, I am do not wear many tanks.  Hmmmm, could it have something to do with our foggy summers? But I did stop and take a peek at this one and I think it will be on my needles soon. Why, you may ask? I think this tank would look great under a blazer and I am thinking of knitting a cardigan in Stra this fall and I could have a sweater set! Glide should be quick project to complete as it is knit from the top down. I might get another skein of Stra to make mine a wee bit longer. Any votes on the color I should knit?
